Elinor Thurman Collection
This collection consists of transcriptions of newspaper articles covering a wide range of social news, obituaries, marriages, and social activities of white middle to upper class citizens of Clarksville. The transcriptions begin with articles from 1840 and continue through the mid 1950’s.

Euergesia Christian Church Records
The Euergesia Christian Church Records houses membership records of the Euergesia Christian Church. This collection, which dates from circa 1886-1905, consists of a membership ledger book, membership letters, membership lists. Although the church was located in Kentucky, the congregation included members from Montgomery County, Tennessee. Some of the membership letters also indicate movement of church members to the Clarksville and New Providence areas.
Evelyn Glenn Hunter Collection
Evelyn Homer Glenn Hunter was born in Clarksville, Tennessee in 1927. Together with her mother, Mildred Smith Glenn, Evelyn had a strong interest in her family genealogy and local history. The two women collected family papers and paid particular attention to their Bowman and Smith family ancestors in their research, as well as Serepta Jordan Homer. The materials include original family papers, photographs, genealogical research, and other related printed materials.
Faces of Valor Collection
The Kiwanis Club of Clarksville, Tennessee donated this collection to the Montgomery County Archives through a number of accessions begining in 2013. This collection includes the planing documents, correspondence, questionnaires, and supporting biographical documents submitted for the Faces of Valor publications between 2005 and 2017.
