A woman in a dark colored dress and wearing a head wrap sits against a rock next to the falls. The photograph on the right (labeled 19) is a black and white photograph of a waterfall flowing beneath a stone bridge. The opening is arched and the stones slope down the face of the drop.

Scope and Contents From the Series:

This collection consists of photographs from Charles W. Crow Sr. which document his personal life and tenures as executive secretary of the Tennessee Parole and Pardon Board from 1953 - 1960 and mayor of Clarksville from 1963 - 1978. Other images pertain to Crow’s life outside of his work with the state government, such as graduation ceremonies, reunions, and public tributes.
