The W.B. Vaughan Papers houses financial and legal records of William Burton Vaughan of Indian Mound, Tennessee. This collection, which dates from circa 1907-1927, consists of insurance policies, cancelled checks, receipts, bank statements, and assorted advertisements.

The Arthur Hunt, Jr. Collection houses a small number of family photographs and items from Arthur Hunt, Jr.’s career with the Clarksville-Montgomery County public school system. Hunt was a guidance counselor with the school system for more than thirty years. He also held office in the Montgomery County government, first as a magistrate and later as a commissioner. He died in 2015.

Although the church was located in Kentucky, the congregation included members from Montgomery County, Tennessee. Some of the membership letters also indicate movement of church members to the Clarksville and New Providence areas.
