Scope and Contents The Circuit Court Civil Warrants collection houses non-criminal warrants issued in Montgomery County. This collection, which dates from 1953-1963, consists of general sessions warrants, responses from the Tennessee Secretary of State, and replevin warrants. These civil warrants were filed by the Circuit Court clerk on behalf of an individual or company seeking payment or item repossession from a defendant.
