This collection consists of transcriptions of newspaper articles covering a wide range of social news, obituaries, marriages, and social activities of white middle to upper class citizens of Clarksville. The transcriptions begin with articles from 1840 and continue through the mid 1950’s.
The Pace Family Collection was donated by Mr. Robert H. Pace. The collection consists of approximately photocopies of 100 items arranged into 1 box. One object, a pair of carding paddles, is housed in an archival box. An oversized thread winder is stored seperately in the Archives. The original items were copied then returned to the donor.
