Scope and Contents From the Series:

This collection consists of photographs from Charles W. Crow Sr. which document his personal life and tenures as executive secretary of the Tennessee Parole and Pardon Board from 1953 - 1960 and mayor of Clarksville from 1963 - 1978. Other images pertain to Crow’s life outside of his work with the state government, such as graduation ceremonies, reunions, and public tributes.

Scope and Contents From the Series: The “Loose Photographs and Albums” series, which dates from 1850-1972, includes two hundred and thirteen loose photographs, and eight photo albums. The photographs and albums include images of weddings, graduations, birthday parties, professional portraits, and candid family photographs.
