Scope and Contents Although the book is labelled as inside the front cover as a "Minute Book," the contents of the book include descriptions of deed transactions. Some of the entries are very detailed, including a description of the property and the circumstances leading to its transfer, while others list the parties involved, lot number(s), and book and page reference for where the deed is registered. It is unclear if this notebook was used by D. M. Woods or another individual, but the name "J. T. D. Woods"...
