The “Mildred Smith Glenn Papers” series, which dates from 1902 to 1996, includes personal correspondence, family recipes, rental property records, home renovation records, religious booklets, and genealogy research papers of Mildred Smith Glenn. The home renovation records include correspondence, notes, and financial paperwork regarding the renovation of the C.K. Smith house on Hill Crest Avenue. In the notes she expresses displeasure with the work of J.H. Ellarson & Son, the contractors hired to work on the house.
