Processing Information

Materials were placed in new acid-free folders and boxes. Original folder titles were retained, and notations copied onto acid-free paper. No original order was apparent for many of the materials, due in part to being displaced following the 1999 tornado that affected Clarksville. Materials were cleaned and sorted based on record type, creator (assigned to the various individuals who served as Clerk and Master), and when possible chronologically.
