The letter contained within this file relates to Claxton talking about Homecoming Day and asks Waters to give his "greetings and best wishes to those who attend the Saturday evening banquet, to the new officers of the Association, and especiallt to President Holbert Howell (?) for his great work" (emphasis in original).
