The materials in the Austin Peay State University Yearbook Collection were donated to the Montgomery County Archives over several years by a number of different donors, all of which are listed above. This collection includes Austin Peay State University yearbooks from 1946 to 1993, with gaps in the collection. The collection also includes two editions of the Austin Peay Alumni Directory.

This collection consists of several editions of the Barksdale Elementary School annual, ranging from 1970 to 1992.

This collection consists of severl editions of the Clarksville Academy annual, ranging from 1972 to 1987

The Purple and Gold Collection contains approximately 550 items, consisting of monthly editions of The Purple and Gold literary magazine, ranging from 1914 to 2007, with gaps in the collection. The magazine was in print on a monthly basis during the school year from the early 1910s through the mid-1960s. Special class reunion editions were published later, with the most recent one in the collection published in 2007.
